Log files
When you access and use this website, we process your IP address, the user agent, the date and time of access, the request method, the requested files, and the page path.
This data is stored for monitoring purposes for a maximum of 7 days in the log files of the web servers operated by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf.
The legal basis for processing your data in the log files is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Our legitimate interest lies in ensuring and monitoring the availability, technical functionality, and security of our website.
4. Application Procedure
We process your application data to assess your suitability and qualifications for the position you are applying for. During the recruitment process, we process your data to advance your application and determine whether we can offer you employment.
The specific data processed depends on the information you provide. We also process data collected during the interview process. Your contact details will be used solely to inform you about the progress of the application procedure.

Recipients of data
The companies of the Wocklum Group have centralized their HR and IT processes. As part of the recruitment process, your personal data may be shared with other companies within the Wocklum Group.
Cross-group processing of your application data takes place based on legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
These legitimate interests include the optimization and centralization of HR processes, mutual support in the recruitment process, and the improvement of internal administrative purposes.
The IT administration of Chemie Wocklum has access to your application data, as do ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, D-02742 Friedersdorf, and the external web agency commissioned by Chemie Wocklum, if you apply via bewerbung@wocklum.de.
Retention period
Your application data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected.
If, after the recruitment process, an employment, training, internship, or other service relationship is established, the data will continue to be stored and transferred to the personnel file.
Otherwise, the application procedure ends upon receipt of a rejection. In the event of a rejection, we will retain your data for six months after you receive the decision, unless longer storage is necessary to defend against legal claims.
